How many points to eat on Weight Watchers to lose ten pounds?
I'm 5'5. I weigh 127. I have always maintained a weight around 110 to 115 ... until I quit ... and now I'm at 127 and unfortunate. I thought about a points system for try Weight Watchers ... But travel for life ~ meetings and agendas of checkins is impossible for me. What is the average amount of points you should consume daily to lose weight, I gained quit? Anyone?
