Looking for a salad recipe?
The salad was, I believe, in Southern Living annual recipes 2005 or 2003. The dressing is honey, vinegar, cinnamon ... The salad contained or sliced apples or pears, wild vegetables, topped with candied walnuts (recipe it was in March 2005 Southern Living, I think that the other is now too) I know I'm not the same book! The front structure has a chocolate velvet cake butterpecan with cream (I think?) Thanks for your help, I am desperate to find this Christmas.
This could be close ... balsamic vinegar would sound with cinnamon and honey vinegar and caramelized walnuts, pears and Gorgonzola Salad 1 cup walnut halves 1 / 2 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons water 1 / 2 cup Gorgonzola cheese 1 tablespoon butter lettuce leaves 2 pears, cored and diced 3 tablespoons tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon vinegar freshly cracked pepper balsamic in a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and water to a simmer.
