Cookbook still good entertainment for delicious simple recipes?
I will be a pleasure for next year because many different outputs and I want a book that helps me to make food to please the eye and intestine, also without work or time ... Something classic and simple but elegent but without being too fly ... Here is an example of what I normally do to get an idea of what I speak: crab cakes with mayonnaise sauce, grilled eggplant with pepper Chile steamed rice with green onions and balsamic strawberry salad chilled green beans and frozen, which brings me around good food two hours to feed 5-6 hungry people ... I love this recipe, but I do will not again and again!
If you love Italian food I recommend the Italian paper by Giada Di Laurentiis. His recipes are really delicious, something simple to do and tend to earn enough for a large crowd. I made a couple of recipes to serve for the society and they are very well done. If you want to try to find a couple of recipes in foodtv.com and see if what you have in mind.
